1. Liability Waiver

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participating in the Art Workshop involves the use of materials such as paints, tools, scissors, and other art supplies. I accept full responsibility for any risk of injury, damage, or loss that may occur to myself, my child, or personal belongings during the workshop.

I release the Learning Centre, its staff, instructors, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the workshop.

I understand that the Learning Centre is not responsible for supervision outside of the scheduled workshop times.

2. Health & Safety

I confirm that I/my child am/is in appropriate health to participate in the activities.

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All workshop fees are non-refundable unless the Joyful Learning Centre Ltd. cancels the event.

If I cancel:

7 or more days before the workshop: I may receive a credit toward a future workshop.

Within 7 days of the workshop: No refund or credit will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.
