Rates

• 1-11M Infant is only free during 10:00am-2:00pm, but will be charged $13.99 plus taxes on weekends, School PD days, School March and Christmas break, or any holidays.
• Only one adults will be free per family, any additional adult will be charged $2.99 plus taxes.
• Pass only use 1 time in one day.

Rules

• This is an unsupervised play area. Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
• Please do not bring outside food unless you have booked a party room with us. We have limited tables and seating so we need to reserve this area for customers purchasing our inside snacks. We ask that any customers booking a party room keep all food and beverages in their party room
• Socks must be worn by children and adults in the play area. Shoes or bare feet are not allowed. No exceptions.
• No toys, glass or sharp objects are allowed in the play area.
• No climbing on the outside of the play area or climbing up the slide when there are other children trying to slide down.
• We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property.
• Play at your own risk. New Sight Development Co. Ltd. (Joyful Kidsland) is not responsible for any injuries that may occur that it is out of its control.
• In order to maintain a safe and child-friendly environment, management reserves the right to refuse entry when so deemed necessary, or to terminate a visit should equipment be used improperly or unsafely. Management may also terminate a Play Pass if the rules of the play space are disregarded. We want you to enjoy your visit in a safe, respectful and fun environment.
