Rules

You should check in at the reception desk and arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the party.

Expect for private party booking, Joyful kidsland will still be open to the public during all event room bookings.

The two hours shall include the use of the event room as well as the play area.

Sparklers and spray foam are not allowed.

Table cloth required. You may bring your own decorations, but No tape or push pins are allowed on the walls.

Remove decorations, and dispose of food, garbage, and recyclables before leaving the event room.

Do bring your own food, drinks and deliciously delectable birthday cakes, but please remember to consume all of your food or drinks inside the event rooms as they can’t be brought outside.

A staff member will be present in the play space at all times; however, it is the sole responsibility of the parents or caregivers to supervise their invited children at all times. Joyful kidsland is neither responsible nor liable for injuries that may result from unsafe play or inappropriate use of equipment.

Parents hosting the party will be charged the cost of any damages caused by their party guests.

Your party is scheduled in a 2 hour time frame and it is very important that you leave within that time frame as our employees have to get it cleaned and ready for the next party, or we have to get it cleaned along with our deep cleaning duties upon closing. If your party stays longer then you will be charged $60 for every 30 minutes extra that you stay.

Payment

Pricing is per 2-hour slot for up to 10 children plus the birthday child. We require a 50% deposit at the time of your online booking. All fees are subject to HST.

The other 50%, plus any extra fees for additional children is due on the day of your party and can be paid on-site.

You can have up to 5 additional children attend for a fee of $16.99 + HST per child.

Refund

We will refund your deposit if a cancellation is made prior to 30 days of your party room’s booked date. Parties canceled shorter than 30 days prior to the party date will have their payment available for transfer to another date or for use on future admission, deposits will not be returned in order to avoid a loss in revenue.

All the refund would be charged the credit card processing fee if you paid via credit card.

All the refund will be charged $30, as an administrative fee.
